I’m Ana and I used to panic when swimming into the sea.

In 2014 I started to confront my fears and look them into the eyes. So, I became a professional scuba diver.

Being able to discover the underwater world gave me the strength to believe there is no big fear that cannot be released.

The project of H&D has the mission to help you reconnect with your own breathing and overcome your fear of water in a unique Island.

Our goal is to take you around on a different holiday and show you not only the wonders of Lanzarote. Show you also the underwater world from a different perspective. One that will help you reconnect with yourself through you inner fears and overcome them.

The music of the Himalayan Singing Bowls together with the silence of this Island will also help you relax and release the tension you are bringing.
